Taco Bake

I just finished dinner- taco bake.  It was really good!  As I promised YFS, here is the recipe. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=157947

I changed it a little.  I’m not a huge onion and pepper fan.  So, I substituted 1 of the tomato sauce cans with salsa instead- just enough pepper and onion for me.  I also used refried beans instead of pinto beans.  I had sour cream and tortilla chips on the table for anyone who wanted to top to their own taste.
